Tesla officially launches in Turkey

Tesla, the world-renowned electric vehicle manufacturer, has officially launched in Turkey, and with it comes the highly anticipated release of their first vehicle to be offered for sale in the country: the Model Y. The price list for the three available models has also been announced, giving potential buyers an idea of what to expect.

The Model Y Standard Range is priced at 1,548,732 Turkish lira, while the Model Y Long Range AWD will be sold for 1,619,532 Turkish lira. The highest-end model, the Model Y Performance, comes in at 1,778,821 Turkish lira.

One notable aspect of the pricing is that all of the models fall within the 50 percent Special Consumption Tax (SCT) segment. This is good news for Turkish consumers who may have been concerned about potential tax hikes or other pricing issues.

With Tesla’s launch in Turkey, electric vehicle enthusiasts in the country will now have access to some of the most advanced and innovative electric cars on the market. The Model Y, in particular, is highly regarded for its performance and cutting-edge features, including advanced driver assistance technology and a sleek design.

Tesla’s entry into the Turkish market is a significant step forward for the electric vehicle industry in the country. It remains to be seen how successful the company will be in this new market, but the introduction of the Model Y is certainly a promising start.
